Solid stay, small issues

great comfort daily cleaning landmark view convenient parking

The hotel's location worked well for exploring. The room had a direct view of a major landmark. The bed offered great comfort. The room was cleaned daily. Fresh towels and water were provided. I found that convenient underground parking had a cost.

I noticed that the traffic outside was quite constant. It never really seemed to stop. I was grateful for a higher floor, which lessened the noise. The bathroom fixtures seemed a bit older, not very well cleaned.

Breakfast provided many options, including a large hotel buffet. I appreciated the plentiful food choices and typical hotel offerings. The staff remained friendly. I think that the breakfast options were satisfying.

easy access breakfast variety immaculate cleanliness helpful staff

The location was excellent with easy access to the metro. This made getting around very simple. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food and I found many choices. My room was kept clean as new through the efficient housekeeping team. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with directions and local information.

The gym was somewhat small, and it became crowded during peak hours. had to wait to use their preferred equipment during this time. Despite that, I found the facilities well kept and useful .

faulty air conditioning cheap rooms

the staff in the restaurant were friendly. that was acceptable.

the air conditioning was not working when i checked in. i called the reception and was told someone would come. no one showed up after ten minutes. i had to change my room. the rooms feel cheap and like old, painted over apartments.
